(Scranton, PA) – Community Medical Center has announced that Precyse Solutions has been selected to provide the hospital with medical transcription services while ARAMARK has been awarded both housekeeping and nutritional services contracts.
Both companies are Pennsylvania-based, national industry leaders, allowing CMC to remain focused on taking care of the community’s medical and healthcare needs while leaving important support functions to experts within their respective industries.

All affected employees will be offered jobs with the newly contracted companies. Wages and benefits will remain consistent with what CMC currently offers. Precyse has also agreed to supply and set up home offices equipped with the latest technology for each employee, allowing them to work from home. ARAMARK has also agreed to renovate CMC’s existing Atrium Cafeteria and kitchen.
